动了终端新能源汽车价格的下降以及新能源商用车全周期经济性显著提升，提高了用户的购置意愿，使得终端需求显著增长，业绩变动符合行业趋势。　　报告期各期，公司电驱动系统销量分别为2.2万套、2.49万套、4.25万套及4.02万套。　　绿控传动进一步表示，公司与客户的框架采购合同中主要对议价安排进行原则性约定，未约定产品供货价格的具体年降条款。根据行业惯例，客户与公司在年末或者年初就产品价格进行协商。　

对于净利变动的原因，海优新材给出了三点解释，一是胶膜行业竞争加剧，胶膜产品销售价格下调，毛利率下降；以及前期公司扩产引致土地厂房、设备等固定资产折旧及各项摊销成本增加。二是公司根据企业会计准则的有关规定，对报告期光伏业务各项资产进行专业评估后计提较大金额资产减值损失。三是公司PDCLC瞬光液晶调光膜等新产品处于产品导入期，研发、生产、市场推广、营销服务等仍持续投入，对公司业绩造成负面影响。（文章来
